SHIPPING POLICY

If items are damaged in shipping, email us at support@printsandclay.com. Please include your order # and a photo of the piece and packaging.

All damages must be reported within 1 week of delivery.

If piece is deemed broken or wrong, a replacement piece will be made ASAP and shipped at no cost.

Shipping/Production times vary, especially during peak seasons.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Prints & Clay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used, but once an order is shown as delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and or stolen.

It is important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Peacock Prints and Clay is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
