Shipping policy

At Prints & Clay, we strive to ensure your keepsakes arrive safely and promptly. Below is an overview of our shipping policies:

Processing Times

Standard Pottery Orders: Each product is custom-made and hand-painted with care. Please allow 4-8 weeks for creation before your order ships.

Standard Print Kit Orders: Print kits are shipped within 3 days of ordering.

Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner, we offer a rush processing option. Please contact us directly to confirm availability and additional fees.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship via UPS, a trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.  Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your items.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (within the continental U.S.).  This excludes Gift Card values.

For order under $100, rates shown at checkout are based on the shipping address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, with delivery in 1-3 business days after processing.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately by texting us at (828) 505-5678  Address changes may delay processing times.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. While we are not responsible for carrier issues, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
